I saw a few of you wooing autumn, posting memes on Facebook. You longed for fall’s speedy advent. I didn’t appreciate then, and I’m rebelling against it today with Poolside Pasta Salad.
However, the colors in this salad — gosh, they look a lot like the gorgeous scenery outside.
I left out the asparagus and filled in with more broccoli and peppers.
We rounded out the meal with Denver Sandwiches (basically: saute peppers and onion, add eggs, scramble, add ham. Serve on buttered toast) and Banana Fudge Cake.
