I picked up a book by an author we’ve covered before here.
My Brother Michael is another of Stewart’s romantic mysteries. This time, the heroine visits Greece, and finds herself involved with . . .
Here’s where I have to give you some homework. Why don’t you read it and tell me whether it’s any good? It being a mystery and all, Stewart wove a plot and planted some clues. But none of it stuck with me.
You wouldn’t think it’s Stewart’s fault. She’s an author of no small repute, and no small output either.
I think it’s the drama going on in our house right now. One of our cats has reached the end of the road. His ailments have caused a lot extra work around here. I’ve been saying “Oh no, not again!” and “Now, where was I?” a lot lately.
It’s not a good time for reading mysteries.
So how about a recipe? We tried Hawaiian Chicken Salad tonight. Easy Mother’s Day meal.
