This has been a frantic weekend. My church friends and I hosted a large event, and we made sure it was loaded with chocolate.  I mean, get a load of how many separate chocolate ingredients go into that Chocolate Bundt Cake.  We served it with Cool Whip, but I just ate a piece of it here at home with no dressing-up at all it was so loaded with chocolate chips, it didn’t need a bit of help.

I’ve never found bundt cakes all that exciting, but somebody warned us to super-grease the pan. It made a huuu-uuge difference.

As for the S’more Cheesecake, it came out with a nice toasted marshmallow finish, though you had to look hard for it, under all the drizzled chocolate.

Would it surprise you if I told you there were no leftover slices of cheesecake? Of course not.
